A core part of Jude's movement practice, is as a teacher and facilitator. She leads, assists and devises classes and workshops in a variety of contexts and adapts to the needs of individuals, groups and organisations. She happily teaches and facilitates for organisations including studios, sports centres, schools, colleges, universities, drama and dance groups, youth theatres and theatre companies (and many more). Jude teaches yoga classes in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Hatha Yoga at beginner, intermediate and for all levels, as well as for specific groups such as athletes, performing artists and staff in the workplace. She also leads combined yoga and movement classes drawing on her diverse skills and experience in these areas (including Laban and physical grounding) to explore our inner, personal experience in relation to the outside world. Jude's soon-to-arrive YogaTerre classes and workshops will fuse yoga, ballet and other dance forms, for those who like their yoga and/or dance with a twist.
