Working together with a Movement Teacher in a private session gives you the chance to develop a programme or find a focus that is specific to you. Jude's aim is for people from all walks of life to move well and feel as good as possible in both body and mind. She is able to support and encourage you in working towards your goals and reach your fullest potential.
Whether you spend your time indoors or outdoors, sitting, on your feet or moving around, whether you're navigating injury, illness or chronic pain, whatever your lifestyle and situation, yoga and movement can be tailored to your needs!
